Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We appreciate that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Face-to-Face Appointments

- ⁠Arriving over 15 minutes late may mean we are unable to proceed with your session, or it may need to end at the original time to avoid delays for other patients. In such cases, no partial refunds will be provided. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we appreciate your understanding.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will incur a 50% charge of the appointment cost.
